A small ledger for a large decision
SwpRupee is an independent static website. It helps you sketch how a Systematic Withdrawal Plan might drain or sustain a rupee corpus — then sends you back to scheme documents and, if needed, a human adviser.
Most SWP conversations in India start with a round number (“₹30,000 a month from 50 lakh”) and skip the ledger. This site exists to put the ledger first: month-by-month growth, optional inflation step-ups, a depletion date or a leftover corpus, and enough written context that the buttons are not a black box.
The project is deliberately boring on the engineering side. There is no account system, no portfolio import, no paid data feed, and no server-side calculator. The page you load is the app. That keeps the tool fast, readable offline after the first visit, and simple to host on Cloudflare Pages.
Who it is for
Residents who already understand that mutual funds can lose value and who want a transparent arithmetic check before they fill an AMC mandate. It is not for children, not for guaranteeing retirement income, and not for choosing schemes.
Who builds it
SwpRupee is published as an educational web project. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a mutual fund distributor. There is no management of anyone’s money. For corrections or press, use hello@example.com (placeholder address until a real mailbox is attached).
